Head Personal Trainer » JR@timberhillsports.com

I have dedicated the last decade of my life to become the best trainer and person I could be.  I graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science.  I have been the head trainer and coach at G3 Sports and Fitness and a CrossFit Box for the last few years.  I have worked with a diverse population from youth athletes working on the fundaments of movement science, athletes looking to enhance their performance to the next level and prepare for college, adults looking to recondition their body from a long hiatus or build a healthy and strong foundation, and seniors looking to improve their functional capacity.  As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I am the go-to trainer for getting bigger, stronger, and faster across the entire spectrum.   When I am not training, I am working on myself and other projects that could help me improve.  I enjoy training, reading, learning, and doing anything that challenges me physically and mentally.
