As winter winds down, we look to a fresh start this spring with some great new session based classes as well as the continuation of all of your favorites!  Our ongoing class schedule will remain the same this spring and we will be offering some great session based classes such as Pilates for Golfers, Baby Boomer Boot Camp, and Fit Hula!
