Group Exercise View current Class Schedule Interested in joining a class? TAC offers over 75 group exercise classes each week including dance, mind-body, weights, and group cycling.
Group exercise provides an opportunity to participate in a group setting that makes your workout fun and energizing. Members form friendships which adds to the fun of participating in a group environment. TAC offers a variety of classes which are unique and distinctive.
